JUMP START JANUARY - Saturday Morning, 10am
If you have even remotely been considering attending any of the Four Seasons FREE fitness classes but felt intimidated or unsure about what each class is really all about, then this is just for you! All of your questions will be answered! Jump Start January is a demonstration showcase of all of the different fitness classes offered at the clubhouse!   Click HERE for the schedule.  Demonstrations start at 10am in the Ballroom.  
Meet the instructors and enjoy healthy snacks in the Cyber Café from 12:00 noon to 12:15 pm.

The Board of Directors approved the 2012 Operating Budget at their regular monthly meeting held October 19th. The budget is available for review on the Finance Committee's page.


Revised Design Guidelines Approved

The Board of Directors approved a revision to the Design Guidelines at their meeting held on September 21st.  All residents are encouraged to review the new guidelines, which contain a listing of what was changed, before considering exterior modifications to their homes or submitting a form to the Modifications Committee for consideration and approval.

The new Guidelines are available on the Committee's page or the Board of Directors' page from the Community Association link in the menu on the left.


A Transition Settlement has been reached with K-Hovnanian

Board Vice President John Deller announced, via e-mail on August 4, 2011, that a Transition Settlement has been reached with K-Hovnanian. That announcement can be read on the
Transition Committee's Page.  The list of settlement items has been released and is also posted on the Transition Committee's Page.


Be sure to check the "At the Clubhouse" page for recent changes and additions to the published calendar of events.

The "
